Custom Original Art — No Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of original hand-painted artwork, all sales are final. Every portrait is painted by hand specifically for you by art on a wall using professional Winsor & Newton watercolour paints on cold pressed watercolour paper — it cannot be resold or returned once created.

Please ensure you are happy with your photo submission before placing your order, as your portrait is a unique, one-of-a-kind original created exclusively for you.

If there is an issue with your order — such as damage in transit or a problem with delivery — please contact us at artonawall.mail.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
